Foccacia instructions

  1. FOCCACIA 350 ml d'eau TIEDE dans laquelle on met 40 grammes de levure de boulangerie fraîche (1 cube) 30 ml d huile d'olive et un peu de sel ou pas personneleme je le mets après (on laisse un peu gonfler....).
  2. Dans un grand plat on met tout le liquide puis la farine. Ce que le liquide accepte (il faut que ça reste morbidé (mou) sinon la pâte est sèche. Mettre sur un plat du papier sulfurisé ajouter la pâte et laisser gonfler l'été bien sur ça va vite l hiver il faut bien 1.30 h (voir bien moins à four tiède éteint).
  3. Lorsque votre pâte est levée mettez le sur une plaque à pizza huilée et laissez lui prendre sa place elle va lever encore un peu..... une fois fait avec vos doigts huilés faites des légers trous avec vos doigts et garnissez. Faites cuire à four chaud 200° 15 minutes environ. ATTENTION la foccacia à besoin de rester souple donc pas trop cuite.
